E-books have arrived at M.G.P.L.
The library now has e-books (including Kindle compatible), audiobooks and more available to the patrons of the library. These can be downloaded to most e-readers, cell phones and computers. To visit the website, click on the icon to the right.
M.G.P.L. Has Three Story Hour Programs Per Week
Story Hour is underway at M.G.P.L. Every week, there are three programs to accomodate toddlers, pre-schoolers and early elementary students. Miss Lori and Miss Sharon always have lots of stories to read, crafts to make, and fun to be had for both child and their loved ones. Have you tried a CD-Book?
Each year more Morrow County residents commute to work. Instead of listening to the radio or music CD's, another option is books on CD. The Mount Gilead Public Library has titles by many of today's popular authors. The number of disks range from five to twenty providing hours of listening pleasure as you drive to and from work or are planning on taking a vacation. All CD books circulate for two weeks and can be renewed for another two weeks if needed. Check the catalog for available titles.
